These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Fanduel Football Manager developed by Simulation Stack ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Fanduel Football Manager mobile application ("the App").

The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to:

The App operates primarily offline and stores data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device damage, loss, or unauthorized access.
The App facilitates booking of football fields at stadiums. Booking availability, pricing, and terms are determined by the respective stadium operators. We act as a platform and are not responsible for:
Booking QR codes are generated locally on your device for verification purposes. You are responsible for presenting valid QR codes at the stadium. We are not liable for issues arising from corrupted, deleted, or otherwise invalid QR codes.
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including lineups, photos, and videos. By using the App, you grant us no rights to your content. All user content is stored locally on your device.
The App, including its design, features, and code, is the intellectual property of Fanduel Football Manager developed by Simulation Stack. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if we believe you are violating these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
