- Anonymous identifier: A unique, randomly generated identifier is created on your device when you first launch the App. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any other personal information.
- Device language and region: The App detects your device's language and region settings to provide content in the appropriate language.
- Google Advertising ID: The App collects your device's advertising identifier for attribution purposes — to understand how users discover the App (for example, whether through an ad campaign or organic search).
- Attribution data: The App collects information about the installation source and the marketing campaign (if any) that led you to the App.
1.2 Built-in Browser
The App includes a built-in browser used to display the Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage as part of standard browser functionality. The built-in browser does not collect any additional data beyond what is described in the Automatically Collected Information section above. Any websites loaded in the built-in browser operate under their own privacy practices.
1.3 Local Data Storage
The App stores the following data locally on your device:
- Your match bookings (stadium, date, time, field size, duration, selected add-ons)
- Your lineup data (player names, positions, team assignments)
- Gallery photos you add to matches
- App preferences (such as whether you have completed the welcome screen)
This data is stored entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can delete all local data at any time through the App's Settings screen or by clearing the app's data in your device settings.
1.4 Support and Bug Reports
The App's Support page allows you to send us a message or report a bug. When you submit a support request, you may provide:
- Your name and email address
- A subject category for your inquiry
- A description of your question or the issue you encountered
- An optional file attachment — you can take a photo or video using your device's camera, or choose an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, or document) through your device's file picker
This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
- Display content in your preferred language
- Understand how users discover and install the App (attribution analytics)
- Respond to your support requests and resolve reported issues
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share limited data with the following third-party service:
- AppsFlyer: We use AppsFlyer for mobile attribution and marketing analytics. The advertising identifier, attribution data (installation source, campaign name), and anonymous identifier are shared with AppsFlyer. AppsFlyer may also collect additional device information (such as IP address, device model, and operating system version) as part of its standard operation. Support request data (name, email, message) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.
4. Data Retention
- Anonymous identifier: Persists on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the App.
- Google Advertising ID: Managed by Google Play Services on your device. You can reset it at any time in your device settings.
- Attribution data: Retained by AppsFlyer in accordance with their data retention policies.
- Local data (bookings, lineups, gallery): Stored on your device until you delete it through the App's Settings or clear the app's data.
- Cookies and local storage: Follow standard browser expiration rules and are cleared when you clear the app's data.
- Support requests: Retained only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Some network connections within the App may use unencrypted HTTP. All locally stored data is accessible only to the App and is protected by your device's built-in security features.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Delete all your local data (bookings, lineups, gallery) through the App's Settings screen
- Clear the app's data entirely through your device settings, which also resets the anonymous identifier and clears cookies
- Reset your Google Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads)
- Uninstall the App at any time, which removes all locally stored data
- Request information about the data we collect by contacting us
7. Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
